I have lived in Juneau for 30 years and am retired from the State of Alaska. I have been selling real estate for the last seven years. My first full year of selling real estate, I was number two in the state for Buyer sales for Coldwell Banker Realty. After three and a half years at Coldwell Banker, I joined the RE/MAX crew and have been in the RE/MAX 100% club every year.

I have always approached real estate as a profession. Buying and selling real estate is serious business. When working with Buyers, I try to help them understand the real estate market in Juneau so that when they make a purchase, they feel comfortable that they have made the right decision. I work hard to help them find what they want and then do my best to make the transaction work. When I work for Sellers, I try to get them the highest price possible for their property, and I always offer competitive commissions. I do not skimp on the advertising necessary to to sell property, and I do my best to bring real estate transactions to closure as smoothly and stress-free as possible.

As a state employee, among other positions, I was the first State Coordinator of the Office of Emergency Medical Services. I designed and implemented the original State of Alaska Emergency Medical Services Program and was the principal author of the state plan for the Office of Emergency Medical Services. I also held the position of State Coordinator of the office of Alcoholism and was the principle author of the state plan for the Office of Alcoholism.

I have a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Washington and Bachelors degree in psychology with a minor in philosophy from San Jose Sate University.
